Dormant acting bug arises in "Leatherheads"

I was born and grew up in a suburb of Baltimore.  It took me longer to get an A.A. degree than it did to complete the rest of college, including Grad school because I kept dropping classes because of time devoted to doing plays and shows.
Each semester, I put on a talent show using local talent at that Community College.  I called it The Louie Holtzner Show -- Go figure!
After finishing school at 30, I thought I had better get a job because I was raising a family and we needed to eat.

I went to work for Lever Brothers Company in Baltimore as a sales rep on August 27, 1979.  I began to move up quickly.

Notwithstanding a two-week vacation the following July when I drove to LA to try out for The Gong Show, I had put the acting bug to bed for over 20 years while I pursued a different career.

I got downsized in April 2000, started my own Company on 9/11/01, a luxury car wholesale company, went broke in 2003, bankrupt in 2006, and worked part time while I settled with the IRS in '07.

I went to the “Leatherheads” open casting call to support my daughter who wanted to audition, and, well, you know the rest of the story.
Anyway, that reawakened that hibernating bug within, and, well, you know the rest of the story!
